Natural Healing

Plasma Glow PRF

Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), a form of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is derived from the patient’s own blood, making it a natural and safe option for various treatments. The concentration of growth factors and cytokines in PRF helps stimulate the body’s natural healing processes.

The Benefits of PRF

Collagen Production

PRF contains a high concentration of platelets, which release growth factors that promote collagen production. This helps improve skin texture, elasticity, and overall appearance, making it beneficial for anti-aging treatments.

Hair Growth Stimulation

PRF injections can stimulate hair follicles and promote hair growth in individuals experiencing hair loss or thinning. The growth factors in PRF help nourish the scalp and improve hair follicle health.

Reduced Risk of Allergic Reactions

Since PRF is derived from the patient’s own blood, there is a reduced risk of allergic reactions or adverse effects compared to treatments using synthetic substances or donor-derived products.

Improved Wound Healing

PRF has been shown to accelerate the healing of wounds, including surgical incisions, ulcers, and injuries. Its ability to enhance tissue regeneration and vascularization can lead to faster recovery times.

The Plasma Pen

A plasma pen is a cosmetic device that uses plasma technology to perform various skin treatments. One of the main benefits of a plasma pen is that it offers non-invasive skin rejuvenation and tightening. Unlike traditional surgical procedures like facelifts, plasma pens don’t require incisions or sutures, reducing the risk of scarring and downtime.

The Benefits

Skin Tightening

Plasma pens work by generating a controlled microbeam of plasma, which heats the skin and stimulates collagen production. This process can help tighten loose skin, particularly around areas like the eyes, neck, and jawline.

Wrinkle Reduction

By stimulating collagen and elastin production, plasma pen treatments can also help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, giving the skin a smoother and more youthful look.

Scar Improvement

Plasma pens can be used to improve the appearance of certain types of scars, including acne scars and surgical scars. The heat generated by the plasma can help break down scar tissue and encourage the growth of new, healthier skin cells.

Pigmentation Correction

Plasma pen treatments can target areas of hyperpigmentation, such as age spots, sun spots, and freckles. The heat energy helps to break down excess melanin in the skin, leading to a more even skin tone.

Traditional Microneedling

Collagen Induction Therapy: A minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that involves the use of a device containing fine needles to create tiny, controlled punctures (micro-injuries) in the skin’s surface. It may involve the use of a numbing cream to minimize discomfort. A hyaluronic mask + moisturizer will be applied immediately after for 5-10 minutes.

Wrinkles & Fine Lines, Acne Scars, Skin Texture & Tone, Stretch Marks, & Large Pores

Downtime is relatively short, with some redness and mild swelling usually subsiding within a few days. It’s important to follow post-treatment instructions, including protecting the skin from sun exposure and using appropriate skincare products to optimize results.

 *** PLEASE NOTE:

•  Do not take any anti-inflammatory medications (Ibuprofen, Motrin, or Advil) for 1 week following your appointment.

•  Do not ice face or use arnica or bromelain. These agents may interfere with the natural inflammatory process that is critical and responsible for your skin rejuvenation.

•  Use Tylenol as needed for soreness.

•  Avoid sun tanning and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight for at least 2 weeks. After 24 hours, always use a full spectrum sunscreen SPF 30 or above. When exposed to the sun, wear a hat and apply sunscreen every two hours.

Microdermabrasion

A non-invasive cosmetic procedure used to rejuvenate and refresh the skin. The procedure involves the gentle removal of the topmost layer of the skin, called the stratum corneum, using exfoliating crystals or a diamond-tipped wand.

Dull Skin, Wrinkles & Fine Lines, Sun Damage, Acne Scars, Large Pores and Uneven Skin Tone

Cleansing: The skin is thoroughly cleaned to remove any makeup, dirt, or oils.

Exfoliation: Gently exfoliating the outermost layer of skin.

Vacuum Suction: Simultaneously, a vacuum suction device is used to remove the exfoliated skin cells and debris. This helps stimulate blood flow and lymphatic drainage.

Hydrodermabrasion

A skincare treatment that combines the principles of traditional microdermabrasion with the added benefits of water-based exfoliation. It is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that is primarily used to improve the texture and appearance of the skin.

Wrinkles & Fine Lines, Hyperpigmentation, Acne & Acne Scars, Enlarged Pores, Uneven Skin Tone, and Dry or Dehydrated Skin

Exfoliation: Similar to traditional microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion involves exfoliating the outer layer of the skin to remove dead skin cells and other impurities. In traditional microdermabrasion, this is typically done using abrasive crystals or a diamond-tipped wand. In hydrodermabrasion, however, a special handpiece with a spiral tip is used to simultaneously exfoliate and infuse the skin with a water-based serum.

Hydration: The use of water in hydrodermabrasion helps to hydrate the skin as it is being exfoliated. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals with dry or dehydrated skin because it can help restore moisture and leave the skin feeling smoother and more supple.

Suction: A vacuum mechanism in the hydrodermabrasion device is used to remove the exfoliated skin cells and impurities from the skin’s surface. This suction can also help stimulate blood flow and collagen production.

The Perfect Derma Peel

A cosmetic procedure used to improve the appearance of the skin on the face, neck, or hands. They work by applying a chemical solution to the skin, which causes the outermost layers of skin to peel off.

LED Light Therapy

A non-invasive skincare treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate skin cells, promote healing, and improve various skin conditions. It has gained popularity for its effectiveness and safety in addressing a range of dermatological concerns.

Anti-Aging, Acne Treatment, Pain Relief, and Skin Rejuvenation

Different Wavelengths: LED light therapy uses different wavelengths of light to target specific skin concerns. Common wavelengths include red light (around 630-700nm) and blue light (around 400-470nm). Red light is often used for anti-aging and skin rejuvenation, while blue light is used for acne treatment. Near-infrared light (around 800-900nm) may also be used for deeper skin penetration and pain relief.

Safe: LED lights used in this therapy do not emit UV radiation, making them safe for the skin. LED light therapy is also non-invasive and painless. There is no downtime, and it does not cause burns or damage to the skin.
